SOURCES & METHOD

Every claim has a boundary.

Selected public evidence from January–September 2026, researched on 2 October 2026. UK insurance focus with international distribution and infrastructure signals; not a complete market census.

What belongs here?

Agent-led discovery, comparison, quoting, purchase and renewal; the permissions and infrastructure enabling those steps; and evidence of customer adoption.

Internal productivity, underwriting automation and insurance covering AI risks are outside this tracker unless they change distribution.

How evidence is classified

Deployment status is separate from evidence quality. Provider statements remain attributed. Published research is assessed for its population and measure. Announcements do not become live deployments without new evidence.

Actuarial implications are editorial inferences. An unknown measure remains unknown.

How updates work

The news feed, journey map, timeline and downloads use one released dataset. Source checks belong to the shared tracker pipeline; a changed page prompts review and does not silently rewrite a claim.

New story discovery and editorial selection require a research update. Scheduled link checks alone do not discover new stories.
